The Details

Our heart for this space is that your special event will be amazing and memorable. Whether it is a wedding, a celebration, a big moment, or a co-op school day, we want your time spent at our cottage to be joyful. We want to be the perfect setting for your event, and cannot wait to work with you.

Included in Event Rental

  • Private access to the entire property for your whole rental window. Yours is the only event that day.

  • Recommended for up to 100 guests, with about 60 seated inside the Cottage.

  • The Cottage – over 1,100 square feet, including 2 bathrooms, a shower and kitchenette.

  • The Covered Patios – nearly 1,900 square feet of connected covered outdoor space: the new 1,600 sq ft deck with LED string lights, joined to the original 250 sq ft patio. The roof provides UV protection but is not 100% waterproof.

  • The Bridal Suite – a detached barn with makeup vanity and seating area.

  • A beautiful treed, private acre and a half behind the cottage, with a fenced backyard, spacious patio, and gazebo.

  • 100 clear Chiavari chairs

  • 60 white folding chairs

  • 8 fold-down white tables (70 x 32)

  • 2 fold-down round white tables (4 ft)

  • 4 fold-down round white cocktail tables

Investment

Micro Wedding · 5 hours – $1,250 Mon–Thu · $1,750 Fri & Sun · $2,250 Saturday

Full Day Wedding · 12 hours, rehearsal hour included – $1,800 Mon–Thu · $2,800 Fri & Sun · $3,500 Saturday

Celebration · 4 hours, non-wedding events – $1,000 any day

 

All prices are all-in: no service fee, gratuity, or outside vendor fee. Extra hours are $150 (Mon–Thu) or $250 (Fri–Sun). Table and chair setup is available for $50 per table, linens $25 per table.

Event insurance (about $100–150) and a refundable damage deposit are the only other costs.

 

Reserve your date with 25% down and pay the balance in monthly installments over 6 months, or in full 30 days before your event. Book on the day of your tour and take 10% off, or 5% off within 7 days. A $250 refundable deposit holds your date for 7 days and comes off your balance when you book.

 

Fall 2026: 25% off any Friday–Sunday wedding package for a 2026 date, booked by October 31. Saturday Full Day $2,625, Saturday Micro $1,690, Fridays and Sundays from $1,315.

Deposits are non-refundable. All events not paid in full 48 hours prior to an event will be canceled.
